Inspection process — on site and post-inspection

IR camera maps wall and ceiling temperature anomalies. Detects moisture hidden behind paint and plaster.

Contact and non-contact sensors measure moisture content in masonry, timber, and floor substrates.

Engineer checks for paint concealment, mold odor, pattern staining, and cosmetic masking indicators.
