People buy homes in Portugal on a viewing, a few photos, and a good feeling. Almost no one checks the wiring, the damp behind the plaster, or whether the building was ever legalised. We send a licensed engineer to look, then we hand the buyer a report they can act on. That's the whole company: take something opaque and make it clear.

We work for the buyer, no one else
No kickbacks from agents or sellers. Our only job is to tell the buyer the truth, which means we can tell each other the truth too.
A wrong number costs someone real money
One bad figure in a report can cost a buyer thousands. We check our work, and we'd rather be slow and right than fast and wrong.
Once we're sure, we move
Decisions happen in conversations, not in three rounds of approval. Being small is the advantage. We use it.

We work from Lisbon, a city that's hard to leave once you've spent a summer here. The coast is twenty minutes away by train. Winters stay mild enough to keep cycling through January. Rent and coffee still cost less than most places our team came from, though that gap is closing.
You don't need Portuguese to start. A large international crowd means English carries you a long way while you pick the language up.
